Refund Policy
Effective May 30, 2025
We want you to feel confident trying Panopt. This policy explains when you can get a refund and how to request one.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your subscription within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at support@usepanopt.com and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to first-time purchases only and does not apply to renewals.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. We send a reminder email before renewal. If you're charged for a renewal you didn't intend, contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we'll consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
To avoid future renewals, cancel your subscription from your account dashboard at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically generate a refund for the current period.
Partial Periods
We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period, except where required by applicable law.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@usepanopt.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We'll process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
